Developing new innovative products and working on new technologies was already a childhood dream of mine. With Siemens, I have the opportunity to realize this and to get to know the most diverse areas and products, to work on their development processes and phases, and to improve them together. At Siemens Digital Factory, I learned directly after university how innovative products are developed in large quantities and which processes are necessary for this. The Fraunhofer Institute AISEC in Munich gave me a brief, interesting insight into research. At Siemens Healthcare, I was able to learn what medical technology products need and how to combine safety and innovation. At Siemens Energy Management I learned about direct customer contact, MVP's and customer acquisition and managed a product from the idea to the customer. At Siemens CT, I have the opportunity to drive innovation across the entire Group in order to bring new technologies and products to market even faster together.
