Third generation Scania employee, currently working as an IoT developer at the Smart Factory Lab in Södertälje. Joined Scania by the I-talent trainee program and found a passion for IoT, the production process and how they can be combined to create better flows and quality. Curious by nature and like to challenge processes. More of a hands-on kind of person than doing too much theoretical work. I.e. let’s break stuff and see what happens. Strong believer in collaboration, hard work and having fun.
Except programming I have previous experiences studying and working in HR mostly with recruitment work and project management. My personal goal is to find ways to get more IoT solutions in the production process at Scania and get more people from the production involved with IoT.
The Pop in Your Job:
Having the opportunity to work with something important at a company that I am really proud to represent. Most everything has been transported and we are taking lead in making that sustainable and responsible, that is important to me. Also, we have a lot of learning possibilities and do a lot of explorations which is an amazing work environment to be part of. I am always learning new things and are being encouraged by my colleagues and managers to keep pushing towards the edge of new technologies. Finding ways on how to use and implement them is a really exciting journey that involves a lot of collaboration throughout Scania.
