Cybersecurity in industrial IT/OT environments is not a one-time initiative—it is a structured, continuous improvement journey. Many organizations invest in isolated security measures without a clear roadmap toward measurable maturity. This session presents a pragmatic Security Improvement Plan that guides companies step by step: from assessing their current cybersecurity posture, to designing a target architecture, implementing prioritized measures, and continuously adapting to evolving threats.
The focus is on building resilient, scalable, and governance-driven security capabilities tailored to complex industrial ecosystems.
