Felipe Serrano Martínez has over 13 years of experience in manufacturing and MES, with international assignments in China, Germany, and Mexico, where he has driven digitalization initiatives across diverse production environments. He currently focuses on implementing digital tools to enable paperless shopfloor processes in the biotech sector, supporting greater transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

With a strong analytical background, Felipe combines technical expertise with a rapid ability to learn and apply new methods and technologies. He is recognized for his innovative mindset, flexibility, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills in multicultural environments.
