Leveraging her 13 years of experience in different roles around product localization and research, as well as her PhD in Social Philosophy and fluency in six languages, she is aiming at offering each NIO user the best functional and emotional experience. Her main tools are the latest AI technologies, as well as carefully collected user feedback, which NIO values most.
